Q : How can I subscribe to a U Broadband Prepaid plan? 

A : If you are an existing U Mobile prepaid subscriber, you can activate U Broadband by dialing *118# on your mobile phone and selecting U Broadband from the menu.

OR

SMS "ON MBxx" to 28118, where "MBxx" represents the data plan you would like to subscribe to.

Q : How can I check my data usage? 

A : You can check your data allowance by dialing *118*2*3#.

Alternatively, you can SMS “DATA2” to 28118, but please be informed that SMS charges will apply.

 Q : Will U Broadband automatically be renewed when the validity expires? 

A : Yes. The U Broadband Prepaid service will automatically be renewed when the validity expires, with the exception of MBDay and MB15, provided that you have sufficient balance in your account to subscribe.

Q : Can I unsubscribe from U Broadband? 

A : Yes. Upon a successful unsubscribe request, auto-renewal will be removed upon plan expiry. Service will continue until the subscribed plan expires.
